As the clock winds down on what has been a decisively difficult 2016, Legacy Consulting has tried to find the silver lining by doing our year in review. We thought we’d take a few moments to stroll back through the year and remember some of the highlights.
New Website Design…twice!
In March of this year we rolled out a new format of our old website. And while the new website helped increase our presence on the web, there were many background programming issues we ran into. Which is why mid-year we made the decision to change again to the new and more dynamic website you see today. We hope you like it and will share any feedback you have with us!
New services
This year also saw the addition of new lines of service for Legacy. While our focus will always be on the Revenue Cycle and Healthcare consulting, we are pleased to now offer a several lines of business that can be used by any industry.
Process Improvement
Our Process Improvement Specialist can work with your organization with LEAN tools or a Kaizen event.
Leadership Development
We also had several team members become John Maxwell Certified coaches to allow us to be able to offer leadership development programs. This can be one-on-one coaching, or team sessions like Masterminds or Lunch n’ Learns.
Bookkeeping and Staffing
The addition of new team members allows us to now offer full-service bookkeeping services. We can handle updating your online accounting to making check runs. Also, if you’re looking for help, Legacy’s staffing services will review resumes, pre-screen candidates and recommend the right fit for your organization.
Legacy’s Owner Receives Honors
Another accomplishment this year included the Principal Consultant and Owner of Legacy, Donna White, receiving recognition from the River Region Community. River Region Living Magazine (formerly Montgomery Living), named Donna a Woman of Achievement in 2016. She was featured on the cover of the magazine and a reception was held in honor of all the nominees.
New location
Lastly, and probably the biggest change we have had, is moving to a new, bigger location. Now located at 4249 Lomac Street, Legacy Consulting’s offices have expanded. The move, which took place late November and early December, has allowed the staff more room, as well as room to continue growing into 2017.
Most of all we would like to thank our clients for an outstanding year and we look forward to continue to work with you, as well as future clients in 2017.
